Workout of the day

  1. 4 laps on a climb around your flash level
  2. 20 leg-ups, 12 uneven pull-ups on each hand, 20 atomic push-ups
  3. 3-4 min rest

Repeat 6 times.

I did 24 climbs w/o falling, 4 V7 + 20 V6

Purpose of the exercise:

  • improve endurance
  • learn how to search for last bit of strength when you need it
  • train focusing when you are tired
